Post Publication Control of distributed documents, files etc. Provides complete control over documents after they have been distributed to external organisations ensuring that;-

Ø Only the very latest, most up to date documents are accessible by the recipients.

Ø Out of date or superseded downloaded documents are no longer accessible.

Ø Recipients are alerted immediately of an updated document, optionally informing them of the specific updates to sections or passages.

Ø Recipients are given immediate and seamless access to the updated documents with no requirement to search and download new documents.

Ø Complete Audit Trails of document related activity down to client level are available.

Integrated Document Security provides an environment ensuring that the security of all documents is maintained following distribution. Supports varying levels, differentiating between, for example, highly secure documents to partners and less secure files to customers etc.

An Electronic Customer Gateway. A company branded application on the customers’ desktop supports a multiple function facility providing;-
