Smarthaul believes that legislation is the most effective safeguard of responsible conduct, although in certain areas, additional guidance to staff in the form of voluntary business principles is beneficial in order to ensure that the highest standards are met throughout the organisation.

Smarthaul accepts its obligations to current and future legislation very seriously and complies with all aspects of it, including data protection regulations. It also takes its obligations to the self regulation of the largely unregulated area of web based commerce and broadcast just as seriously.
